Did the rebate

Did the rebate offer online at Staples. Way way easier than filling them all out, photocopying and mailing.

Looking forward to getting my check. Sad it takes them a month to send it though

Oh and the customer service at Staples was great. No product on the shelf - told an employee.. they checked the computer then they went around looking for the 11 that they supposedly had. Finally one of the two people looking found a carton of them hidden away some place. Nice when they take the extra effort.

    I like Staples, too. It is great that you can do the rebate on line, and have them send a confirmation that it was received. The mail in rebates are kind of "iffy".

    Wow, I would much rather do a rebate online than try to mail in all that stuff. I hope more places start doing it that way.
