There is nothing nicer than waking up after a good long sleep, and enjoying a cup (or more) of coffee and some of your favourite blogs.
When I blog out I'll move to checking the flyers for deals so I can plan an economical shopping run. Also on the agenda is tossing something easy into the slow cooker that will transform itself, almost like magic into wonderful meals for next week. That will give me a nice start for next week - nutritious delicious calorie sensible food to take to work!

Remember folks didn't marry much beyond their valley or township. Making sure ugly'Hetabell got a chance at meeting a young feller with marrying on his mind was just as important as selling this week's crop of taters'n'eggs. Location, location, location! Or should I say marketing, marketing marketing??
Funny that's what Cathy's Mom was always trying to do in that cartoon! Get yourself out there dear...let the young men see you!
Funnier still is that we still carry on the Saturday 'going to town' tradition. It's a hard habit for me to break. Even when I don't need anything I still think Saturday is for hitting the township for a bit of the ol' marketing!
