Bad Planning

Actually I should say no planning.

No planning and very little time is giving me not enough time to cook ahead and bring food to work for lunch. Working til very late this evening meant a trip to McD's drive through.

    buy lunch meat and fruit for snacks to pack for lunch, it's qucik and easy

    Ugh, I hate that. I took a trip last weekend to visit family and had to stop at Burger King for breakfast. No bisquits yet so I ordered a side of egg and french toast... blah I could barely choke down a few of the french toast fingers and ended up eating mostly the almonds I had brought to snack on until I got to the party/lunch I drove over 5 hours to.

    I keep string cheese and some nuts with me at all times, protein is so important in avoiding the lure of fast food Smile
